Role description and task arrangements

Process director
Here’s what you’ll be doing
As a counselor, consultant, and coach, you’ll support employers in preventing absenteeism, providing absenteeism counseling, and facilitating the reintegration of employees. You’ll collaborate with CMTD to optimize these processes and periodically verify that they comply with legal requirements. In addition, you’ll discuss ongoing absenteeism cases during employability meetings and advise the internal case manager on prevention and employee well-being. In doing so, you’ll support and coach managers and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will advise on and coordinate objection and appeal procedures against UWV decisions and maintain contact with insurers. You will also generate, review, and analyze absenteeism data and prepare quarterly reports in collaboration with CMTD and CC. You will discuss these reports with the employer, explaining the analysis, key findings, conclusions, recommendations, and preventive measures.
You'll also get excited about this
Managing risk and the cost of claims related to absenteeism and the WIA is essential for all parties, including employers, employees, and income insurers. This involves collaboration within AD&C and with the employer to implement preventive measures regarding occupational health, prevent absenteeism, and provide support for ongoing absenteeism and reintegration programs. In addition, we make optimal use of financing options offered by insurers, take advantage of subsidy opportunities, and advise employers on no-risk administration and safety net provisions. It is also important to remain compliant with the requirements of the evolving social security system and to provide management information that includes valuable insights and findings.
This is where you’ll be working
Aon Health Solutions helps create a work environment that fosters motivation, engagement, and vitality, enabling employees to feel more resilient and perform better. This leads to higher productivity, lower absenteeism, improved customer satisfaction, and, as a result, greater market value for the organization. We see enormous growth potential for the future, which we look forward to achieving alongside enthusiastic and talented colleagues.

We are proud to be the market leader in our segment. Our portfolio consists mainly of larger companies with complex risks. Together with our clients, we work to continuously improve our solutions. Our team consists of enthusiastic and experienced colleagues with diverse expertise and backgrounds. With this team we offer our external and internal clients "the best of Aon".
This Is You
You assess the client’s needs using the Aon Integrated Approach. You collaborate with other departments and share knowledge, identifying opportunities that could lead to additional services from Aon. You also share information through Vizier, the CRM system.

In addition, you possess the following:

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree (e.g., in HRM, Psychology, or Law). Additional certification in ROV, RCCM, RCM, or RSZ is preferred.
  • You have earned the Wft Basis, Healthcare, and Income certifications, or you are willing to earn them in the near future.
  • You are self-motivated, assertive, and proactive. You can work in a task-oriented and independent manner, while also collaborating effectively and building connections. In addition, you have strong organizational and analytical skills and are results-oriented.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
